Ok, so i’m thinking about going to a Cupid Speed dating lock & key event here in Charlotte, NC. This is my first time ever doing something like this and I want to know what to expect? Even if you havent been to this specific event, but a speed date I want to know how it is. I’m not expecting to find anything, I’m actually just curious to see what one is like. Of course, if a spark flies I will go after it, I’m just not expecting one. Will there be more people like me there or will there actually be people there looking to fall in love? Are most of the people really desperate here?
i’m thinking about going, only for fun though. i can’t imagine that people actually go there to find love. i know a guy who has gone a few times just to find a one night stand, he succeeded. i would go with no expectations at all though, and definitely wouldn’t be going home with anyone.
